FEC Takes Regulatory Hands Off of Blogs

Last week, I noted the threat by the Federal Elections Commission to crack down on political blogs, because they might be helpful or injurious to candidates.

It's a pleasure to take note that the FEC has backed down. This has been noted in many places, but I'll link to the post in one of my favorite blogs, Taking Down Words.
